To enable auto-renewal of domains, please do the following:

  1. Login to your account with us
  2. Go to Domains -> My Domains -> Click "Manage Domain" for the domain
  3. Click the Auto renewal tab
  4. Click "Enable Auto renew" button

NOTE: Auto renewal requires a valid credit card to be on file, or for the renewal invoice to be paid via another supported payment method before the domain will automatically renew.  The billing system will send an invoice before the domain expires .

To disable auto-renewal of domains, please do the following:

  1. Login to your account with us
  2. Go to Domains -> My Domains -> Click "Manage Domain" for the domain
  3. Click the Auto renewal tab
  4. Click "Disable Auto renew" button

NOTE: If a domain expires and goes past the grace period, a redemption fee as shown on our site may be charged to renew the domain.

Additionally, domains only expire and can not be cancelled like a service can.  Disabling the auto renewal and not renewing the domain when it expires or is about to expire would effectively cancel the domain.
