Domains need to be renewed with the registrar system or they will be marked as expired and then deleted after a redemption period. Domains expire so that the registrar system does not have to track domains that are no longer in use, which saves computing resources. Once a domain expires, goes through grace and redemption period, and is deleted others can then register that domain as their own.
To renew a domain with us, please do the following:
Login to your client area at https://clients.cooini.com/
Go to Domains → Renew Domains
Select which domains you want to renew and how many years you want to renew them for
Click the “Order Now” button and complete the order and payment process
Once the order has been submitted successfully, the domain(s) will be renewed automatically.
