How to update Credit Card Info

To update your credit card information on file for automatic invoice payments, please do the following:

1. Login to your client area -- https://clients.cooini.com/ 
2. Go to the Billing menu -> Manage Credit Card
3. Enter the new card info via the "Enter new card information" form and submit the form to save the card information.

NOTE: Due to credit card security policies, we are not able to input credit card numbers for you - over the phone or otherwise.  The card information is saved to our payment gateway's system and they provide our billing system with an identifier (token) to use in the future.  Only the last 4 digits and the expiration date is accessible to side of the payment gateway.
