SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS record that holds what mail servers are allowed for sending mail for a specific domain.  This helps to ensure your domain is not spoofed by spammers.

A general record for our services would be:

v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.hosting.cooini.com -all

SPF records are a TXT record and you create them via the DNS configuration page in the hosting control panel.  You would use the following values for a SPF record:

  1. Name: leave blank
  2. Type: TXT
  3. TTL: 3600
  4. Value: v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.hosting.cooini.com -all

NOTE: you may see an SPF record already with similar value but not our domain but a "service domain" that is white labelled and not mentioned here for that reason.
